Trademark Registration in Iran The laws about trademark registration in Iran are set forth in the Patents, Industrial Designs and Trademarks Registration Act of Islamic Republic of Iran. This Act defines a trademark as “any sign capable of distinguishing the goods or services of one enterprise from those of others.”
